SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS |
||
I have always considered very important the contribution of science to the cultural, technological, and artistic development of the mankind. Similarly, I have always thought that "research", intended both as practice and as a mindset, could represent a privileged way that leads man towards the understanding of himself and the world around him. This is surely a path full of questions rather than answers, characterized by the dialectic and the continuous questioning of opinions; by the exploration, the discovery and the collaboration between individuals and between cultures. To belong to the scientific community and to contribute, even minimally, to the construction of knowledge, is my highest ambition, the one I imagined a s a child and pursued in practice through college. |
